SOUS CHEF
We’re looking for a senior sous chef to work alongside our incredibly supportive and talented head chef, Jacob.
A super opportunity for anyone up for a change of scene, only 1hr 30 mins from London in an amazing town by the sea. As a young ambitious company you’ll be a key player, with plenty of opportunity for growth in our tight knit crew.
Experience in a similar role is required, alongside a passion for seasonal produce, and regional European recipes. A calm and organised demeanour in an often fast paced, open plan kitchen is a must.
FOH
We are looking for Front of House team members to join us.
Previous experience is a must but this doesn’t have to be extensive as we can train those looking to learn. The most important thing is having a warm and willing attitude, a strong interest in food & wine, and a good team spirit.
We are open to full or part-time team members and can offer flexible and varied working hours (not just evenings and weekends), delicious staff lunches, staff discounts, and most importantly a fun and inspiring team to work alongside.
