Our regional European menu reflects the best of what’s in season. Inspired by Head Chef, Jacob Rosen’s experience in some of the UK and Europe’s most respected kitchens.  

Expect a weekly changing menu, with produce sourced from local farms and suppliers including our friends at Goat Grid & Namayasai in Lewes.
